Humans are adults, or animals is one that has grown to its full potential. In the realm of human beings, adult refers to legal and social concepts. As opposed to someone not considered an adult or "minor" an legal adult has reached majority that makes them independent, capable, and responsible. It is also possible to view them as"major" or "major". It is generally accepted that the minimum age that a person becomes a legal adult is 18. It is possible for this to be different based on rights under the law and country and also on the psychological state.

When a human reaches full intellectual and physical maturity, this is called adulthood. Many people believe that the age of adulthood is attained when you are 20 or more. After middle age (starting about 40 years old) then comes the age of old age (around age 60). There are three main stages of adulthood early adulthood (18 until mid-30s), middle adulthood (mid-30s through mid-60s) and then later adulthood (mid-60s until death). When we reach the early phases of adulthood (between 20-40) the bodies of our children have reached full maturation although our height and weight could increase slightly. As we enter our early adulthood our physical capabilities are at their highest which includes muscular strength, reaction time as well as sensory capabilities, the functioning of our heart.
